To be eligible to apply for auctioneer accreditation with the NSW Office of Fair Trading you must hold a current Real Estate Agent’s Licence or be in the process of obtaining your NSW Real Estate Agent’s Licence, and successfully complete:

  • CPPDSM4004A Conduct Auction
  • CPPDSM4019A Prepare for auction & complete sale.
