Accelerated Licensing Course

If you are already working in the real estate industry and hold a current Certificate of Registration then our Accelerated Real Estate Licensing Program may be just the vehicle to help drive your real estate career further.

About the program

The Accelerated Licensing Program is a six day workshop aimed at fast tracking your real estate licensing course in NSW. The face to face workshops cover key information from each of the licensing units of study with much of the assessment conducted during class.

Who should enrol?

Anyone who holds a current Certificate of Registration and would like to obtain their real estate licence.
The program is designed for:

• salespeople
• property managers
• office managers

How does the course work?

The workshops are conducted over six full days delivered in two three day blocks.

Program Outline

• Day 1 – Business Management
• Day 2 – Trust Accounting
• Day 3 – Property Sales
• Day 4 – Property Sales
• Day 5 – Property Management
• Day 6 – Property Management

Attendance at all workshops is compulsory (regardless of your RPL status)

How much assessment is required?

Due to the interactive nature of the workshops, the level of take home assessments is greatly reduced. Much of the assessment is conducted during the workshops including the practical trust accounting assessment. Remaining assessments can be done at your own pace, as we understand that you may be working full time. The program allows up to 12 months to complete all course work.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you have been working in the real estate industry for a number of years you can apply for exemptions in relevant units. To apply for these exemptions you will be required to complete our guided RPL application form and submit a portfolio of evidence. If granted an exemption you will not be required to complete any written assessment for applicable units.
